The Reposado from Avion has been aged for 6 months (that is 3 months more than the industry standard). This produces a lovely light amber coloured tequila with aromas of roasted agave with pleasant notes of oak and vanilla. The palate has floral notes with hints of cherry, peach and pear!

The Avion story begins in the small town of Jesus Maria, Mexico. Here, single origin, blue agave is grown at some of the highest elevations for 7 – 10 years.
