Brilliant and yellow in colour with greenish tints. This has a strong and lovely nose which is typical of a sauvignon blanc, suggesting rose petal with floral aromas and sweet spices, melon and litchi with a hint of honeysuckle. Round and mellow on the palate, fat but balanced, high alcohol with plenty of finesse. Well structured, reminding the nose aromas with a hint of herbaceous rosemary. This is a rich textured wine with superb length and balance while it remains classy wine with a long finish and persistent aromas.

Pair this wine with a wide variety of Greek sea food "Meze", low fat fishes and green salads.
