The Glencadam reserve de Cognac  is a limited edition of 4,800 bottles and has been specially created by their Master Distiller. From Glencadam's historic dunnage warehouses, he has carefully selected this single malt distilled in 2006  and matured in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks. The single malt in these casks have been expertly matured and finished in the finest Cognac casks sourced from the Cognac region in France.

The aromas are inviting with notes of roast chestnut and peanut brittle overlapping sweet bramble and summer fruit pudding. The palate has lovely layers of soft almond nougat, mocha and fresh crepes mingled with lemon oil, hazelnut cream and warming baking spices. The finish is toasty and warming with dark berry fruits fading into ground coffee and cigar spice linger.
