This is the first finished release from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery. Combining the distillery's two distillates styles, this field to bottle single malt was initially matured in bourbon casks before being finished in Moscatel hogsheads.

The floral Moscatel casks complement the distillery's light and fruity house style, leading to a whisky that is soft, spicy and warming, with notes of honeycomb, orange marmalade, dried fruits and cocoa.
