Made from stock with a minimum of 5 years ageing in the best white wine cuvee barrels, this has been produced with a continuous Alamvic pot still with a wood burning boiler - good old fashioned way.

A pale golden hue, fresh nose of rosehips and white pepper. A very lively palate will be discovered, with a fine length and lingering creamy aromas.
