This Chateauneuf-du-Pape has been lovingly made with a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Traditional vinification with complete de-stemming, then matured for 12 to 18 months. Aromas of ripe wild berry and cherry fruits on the nose. This is a substantial wine on the palate with very smooth tannins and a refreshing acidity. A classic Châteauneuf du Pape.

This estate was created from the marriage of two long-established winemaking families; Establet and Jeune. Today it boasts 56 hectares of vineyards.
