The Adobe Reserva range is well known for being made up of quality organic wines without a large price tag and this does not fall short of that expectation. The nose is packed with lovely light floral notes like jasmine and honeysuckle. The palate has good mid-weight and plenty of notes ranging from nectarine to gentle star anise spice. This wine is well balanced with good refreshing acidity.

Due to its soft texture and its complex and concentrated flavours, this wine is ideal for serving with grilled escalopes with a tropical reduction, grilled fish such as Conger with a cream sauce and some desserts such as papayas with cream.
