This producer is self-proclaimed Super Tuscan, super Australia - blend of Barossa Sangiovese and McLaren Cabernet. It’s dark, freshly meaty with a nose of crushed minerals, pomegranate, cranberry and blood… honestly, no pun intended. All this follows through in the mouth but even more so with an additional tangy, ferrous note.
