Aval Dor Gin hails from Colwith Farm Distillery, one of Cornwall's first distilleries. These guys are a true plough to bottle producer and certainly the first in Cornwall. Aval Dor Gin was originally named Stafford's Gin - named after the first generation on the family farm.

In the name of Christmas Spirit, they have taken their award winning gin and given it a festive twist. Combining cinnamon spice, cloves, nutmeg, star anise and fresh orange zest, the festive flavours in this luxurious gin are bought to the fore. In 1904 Stafford Matthew Dustow bought Colwith Farm, nestled in the hear t of Cornwall. Five generations later the Stafford's great, great grandsons created Cornwall's first plough to bottle gin.
