Aval Dor Gin hails from Colwith Farm Distillery, one of Cornwall's first distilleries. These guys are a true plough to bottle producer and certainly the first in Cornwall. Aval Dor Gin was originally named Stafford's Gin - named after the first generation on the family farm.

In 1904 Stafford Matthew Dustow bought Colwith Farm, nestled in the hear t of Cornwall. Five generations later the Stafford's great, great grandsons created Cornwall's first plough to bottle gin.
