The grapes that give rise to this Chaski Petit Verdot were harvested by hand during the second week of May, looking for the correct maturation of the tannins and aromas of the variety. Clusters and berries were selected manually on tablesspecial, for later, the grape is introduced to the pond gravitationally. The extraction was carried out by means of a prefementative cold maceration for 5 days at 9 ° C. During the alcoholic fermentation, careful pump-overs were made to obtain a smooth but concentrated structure. Finally, the total maceration period was 25 days. The malolactic fermentation took place in French oak barrels.
The aroma is complex and elegant, highlighting its character and identity, with notes of red fruits, herbs, tobacco, black pepper and spices. In the mouth it is well structured, fresh and balanced, with a particular mineral note, its tannins are soft and the finish is long and persistent.
