Distilled at La Bourdonnaise on their continuous still and then shipped to the UK for maturation. This rum has enjoyed sherry wood to give it style, a delicate colour with fruit and gentle wood on the nose and palate. It has a soft lingering finish of distinction. Bottled in 2016.
