Description
This Bulgarian pinot noir is macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 6 to 9 months in a mixture of French and Bulgarian oak.
The aromas are intense and long lasting of red stone fruits like sour cherries and black cherries with notable nuances of oak and smoke. The flavour profile has a pleasant sweetness and carries spicy tannins throughout with a very good length on the finish with notes of the smoke and a hint of vanilla.
Food Pairing: A well suited wine for salmon, duck or roasted vegetable dishes.
