This premier cru has some serious potential but is already showing a high class profile. Savigny is known for mostly producing red wines under the village and premier cru appellations. Les Vergelesse is a lovely vineyard located on a nice and well exposed hillside very close to Pernand. Grapes mature very well here in this vineyard.

Serve between 16-17. This has a good 15-20 years aging potential.
