The entry level of Indian Single Malt from Paul John certainly does not come across as entry level. The nose is an attractive honeycombed bourbon like with luscious fruit cake, with a light whiff of enticing caramel pudding. The palate is delightfully soft with honey, salted barley and honeycomb sweetness. The finish is immensely long, it just goes on and on and...on.
