A limited edition which became so popular they have added it to their core range. Palma Spiced Gin is a twist on the original Palma gin recipe. Once distilled, the gin is aged in Mallorcan oak barrels which previously stored wine from the local Manto Negro grapes in Binissalem. Vanilla, cinnamon and cloves are added in stages during this time bringing a complex sweetness and spice to the gin. The result is a complex and full flavoured gin that pushes the boundaries of tradition!

On the nose it is packed full of fiery cinnamon and candied orange peel aromas, amongst a sweet vanilla, cardamom and clove backdrop. On the palate it is deep and complex mixed spice and vanilla intertwined with a light citrus freshness. The finish comes with notes of fruitcake sweetness and cellared oak, hinting at the red wine barrel used for brief maturation.
