This exceptional single malt has been matured for 22 years in American ex-bourbon casks, the perfect maturation partner for the tropical character that the distillery is known for thanks to the cooling ring distillation process.

On the nose it is banana, citrus fruit and plums combined with raisin, figs and ginger bread. The palate is spiced pear, caramelised orange and coffee, tempered by liquorice that then makes way to a morello cherry tone, plums and treacle.
