Lantic Gin, founded in 2019 by Alex Palmer-Samborne, is celebrating its foraging ethos by launching its first limited edition seasonal gin.
Inspired by the vibrant summer flora growing wild along the rugged Cornish coastline during the summer months, each limited batch of Lantic’s Summer Gin contains carefully selected seasonal botanicals foraged from coastal meadows and hedgerow.
Elderflower, Honeysuckle, Red Clover, Bog Myrtle, Currant Leaf, Malwina Strawberry, Lemon Verbena, Apple Mint, Borage and Water Mint are delicately distilled along with eleven more traditional botanicals to create an exceptionally smooth summer dry gin, its fruity notes accompanied by delightful floral aromas and a distinct richness of fresh herbs.
Passionate about the discovery of new ingredients, Alex not only handpicks each botanical that goes into a bottle of Lantic Gin during his coastal walks, but also ensures the high quality of its distillation process.
