This wine has been sourced from a site that is located 600 meters above sea level, planted on the second ancient alluvial terrace of the Aconcagua River. The soil has a loam texture and gravel. The unique soil conditions and the influence of the cooling Andean breezes and not to forget the 12 months in oak barrels endow this wine fresh fruit aromas, sweet spices, ripe tannins and bright acidity.
Chile's cataclysmic geological events, volcanic eruptions, massive earthquakes and glacial floods from the Andes Mountains have shaped Aconcagua as a diverse valley with countless soil types and climate profiles.
Food Pairing: Serve with full flavoured cheeses and all types of red meats, we highly recommend venison, boar or lamb!
