The barrel fermentation and extended less contact have contributed to this full bodied, elegant and well balanced sauvignon blanc. Floral notes of passion flower and fynbos, granadilla, gooseberry and pear on the palate along with an underlying minerality which gives this unique wine its signature note.

Drinking great now but will gain complexity with further time in the cellar.
