Fortaleza Anejo is full of caramel, vanilla and butterscotch aromas backed up with the smell of cooked agave. Cooked in a stone brick oven, then double distilled in copper pots and then fermented in open air wooden tanks. Made with 100% Agave and presented in these stunning hand blown bottles made in Mexico. Aged for 18 months in American Oak.
