Fortaleza Blanco is packed with aromas of citrus fruits and rich cooked agave amongst a complex bed of butter, olive and black peppery notes. The palate is again citrus, cooked agave but with vanilla, basil, olive and lime. The finish is long and complex but somehow goes down very easily!

Cooked in a stone brick oven, then double distilled in copper pots and then fermented in open air wooden tanks. Made with 100% Agave and presented in these stunning hand blown bottles made in Mexico.
