This spiced rum is made with white rum for its based and is then spiced with a bill of; cloves, nutmeg, vanilla pods, all spice, oranges, burnt molasses, birch tree syrup and foraged seeds. Once blended together it spends 5 months to mature in ex Jack Daniel barrels!
The outcome is a contemporary foraged rum with a blend of traditional spices and with the use of Birch syrup it stands out from the crowd.
