La Ruchette Doree seeks to share the terroir of the Southern Rhone wines. Selected from plots in the best villages of the southern Rhône. Vineyards are predominantly chalky-clay soil with a heavy overlay of rounded limestone pebbles. The wine undergoes a fifteen day cuvaison, with délestage to gently extract colour and flavour. Grenache Noir is blended with Syrah and matured without oak.
