Dunville's 12 year old single malt whiskey has been matured in ex-pedro ximenez sherry casks. This whiskey is incredibly smooth on the palate, it is light, sweet and the use of the sherry casks has given this whiskey some richness and spice. There are also creamy notes of vanilla custard and a bright character of green apples.
