This Verdejo is a natural wine and is suitable for all vegetarian and vegans with the added bonus it is organic - hooray! Nature in a bottle! Gentle floral and fresh grape aromas with creamy vanilla notes. On the palate it has a good texture and carries a character packed with distinctive leesy, bready and floral notes.

Production:
"The Verdejo grapes are selected from parcels grown in stony clay and limestine soils. They are hand-harvested and are fermented using wild yeasts in stainless steel - between 18 and 24ºC. Malolactic fermentation also takes place spontaneously, then the wine is gently racked and spends around 3 months on lees. No sulphur is added during the vinification process."
