Made with fully ripened fruit it is balanced with subtle oak maturation with a mouth filling luxury feel. With bold rich fruit flavours this is also soft and smooth with a delightful lingering finish.
History: In 1860 John Campbell arrived in Rutherglen in search of gold and acquired land adjoining the Bobbie Burns gold lead. He then established the Bobbie Burns vineyard in 1870, since then they have been producing some of the best wines in the region. In honour to their ancestor and pioneer they have named their premium Shiraz after him, showcasing the best of Australian Shiraz.
Cellaring: Although this is drinking great from the start, it has a great potential of up to 10-12 years resting.
Food Pairing: Showcase this wine to friends and family on its own or with beef, lamb, game and roasted veg dishes.
