Mermaid Gin hails from Isle of Wight and was first produced back in 2014. Produced with locally foraged and sustainable sources this gin offers a fresh zesty lemon and peppery profile that carries a little hint of sea air from a touch of rock samphire.

The Isle of Wight Distillery was founded by two chaps, Xavier and Conrad - One was a brewer and one was a winemaker, their approach is to cut the gin at the perfect moment where they capture the 'hearts' of each batch.
