Rattler Cornish Pink Gin is produced in the same way that the Rattler Cornish Dry Gin starts its life out by using double distilled apple spirit, derived by fermenting cyder apples. The full production is carried out on the family owned and run farm were they press, ferment, and distil the product. This Pink Gin has had raspberries steeped in the apple spirit overnight. This is where the vibrant pink colour and raspberry notes come from. The raspberries also give that additional sweetness to the gin.
Rattler from Healeys Cider Farm is known for its cider making and maybe their Hicks & Healeys Cornish Single Malt Whisky. It was only time before they got into making gin.

Enjoy with good quality tonic water (want to keep it Cornish? Use either Sea Buck Tonic or Navas Tonic. Or use lemonade as the colour and flavour remains. Garnish with a slice of apple as a good nod to the Rattler Cider or fresh raspberries!
