Distilled in Peru in 2006 it has a combined age of 13 years old when bottled. It spent 11 years aging in the tropics in bourbon and Slovenian casks and then aged or a further 2 years in France. Made from a pot and column still mix.
Aromas of pastry, vanilla and dried fruits that develops into exotic notes with lovely woody undertones. At first on the palate it is woody, vanilla and develops into a rich fruity dark presence with a complex finish with hints of spice.
