The Matsui Sakura cask has been produced by the Kurayoshi Distillery that is nestled amongst nature close to mount Daisen and uses its fresh, soft spring water for production.
Aged in Japanese cherry-wood casks known as Sakura it provides rich, sweet and full bodied presence with bold flavours.
