Chateau Capion Le Chemin des Garennes Blanc is a pale straw yellow wine that has complex aromas of lemon citrus, tangy minerals and a slight green strawberry leaf like note. On the palate it is citrus and fresh to start and then progresses to hint notes of thyme and salinity that is balanced with woody notes - great example of its terroir.
