A warming blend of Shiraz, Cinsault and Pinotage that has had 3 months in oak 70% French and 30% American. Sourced from vineyards in the Elim, Overberg and Swartland wine regions the grapes are from old slow growing vines. The result is a full-bodied wine which has red and black berry fruit, scented Fynbos flowers, spice and a hint of oak. Rich and decadent on the palate, this pairs well with all red meats especially BBQ. The palate confirms the fruits on the nose with spice and leather, fine tannins and structure. A Great drop.
