Plantation Single Cask Panama 27 years old Teelings Cask 51.1% 70cl
This bottle from the Single Cask Collection has been distilled in a 4 column still from Molasses and bottled at cask strength of 51.1%. Distilled back in 1992 and bottled in 2019 makes this rum a fantastic 27 years old. After spending its first 25 years maturing in the Caribbean it was moved to France and aged in a Ferrand cask..... Wait for it there is more, they then poured it in to a Teeling's Irish Whiskey Single Malt Cask for 6 months before bottling.
On the nose there is fruity notes of fresh apple and grassy tones. To the palate it gives an outstanding performance of apples, jam, berries, orange and a clean finish.
