With an intense red presence in the glass with ruby red nuances and aromas of sweet, ripe red fruits. The flavour is silky on the palate with a persistently fruity finish.
The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon were machine harvested, destemmed, and deposited into stainless steel tanks, where they underwent a 2–3-day pre-fermentation cold maceration. The must was fermented with selected yeasts at 25º–28ºC with open or closed pumpovers according to the winemaker’s criteria. There was no post-fermentation maceration.
