Could this be the world’s first Oyster Gin? It is not like anything you will have tasted before… but the unique flavours are a real treat. They charge their still with oysters, fresh from the Argyll Coast, to add a delicate maritime essence to the gin. It is then blended with a mix of citrus and other botanicals, creates a savoury gin that cannot be matched.
The waters of the west coast of Scotland are famous for their oysters. The oysters used come from the beautiful Loch Fyne, a sea loch that extends 65 miles inland from the Sound of Bute.
Here at Drink Finder we have been having this gin drizzled on fresh Oysters with a zest of lemon which we have been indulging with an Oyster Gin and Tonic!
