This vintage gives fragrant aromas of acacia flowers, roasted nuts and buttered citrus with underlying hints of bees wax and minerals. On the palate the ripe, fleshy barrel fermented Viognier and Marsanne give the palate extraordinary richness whilst the Roussanne contributes its more flinty and mineral personality. The overall result is a seamless wine with silk texture that can be enjoyed with anything from the sea.
