Gris Marin is a delicate and mineral rich rose with subtle notes of fleshy white stone fruit like peach.

Predominantly made from pale-skinned Grenache Gris from 10 to 20 year-old vines, traditional southern "pressurage direct" is used to create a very pale rosé; grapes are pressed slowly and rather than a short maceration with skins as is usual in rosé, the juice is run-off without time in contact with the skins.
