The award winning Taiwanese distillery Kavalan's latest offering to the whisky world. Since 2006 the distillery has crafted rich and elegant single malts on the North East coast of Taiwan. Known for its inimitable style, Kavalan harnesses the island's subtropical climate, the key to the excellence. Featuring the distilleries signature sweetness and full body, Distillery Select has been aged in quality casks to lock in rich layers of butterscotch, toffee and vanilla that intensify into a long, encored finish. This single malt is very smooth and versatile and can be enjoyed neat or in a variety of cocktails.

On the nose it is delicate and silky smooth. Full with the scent of ripened tropical fruits, fragrant floral notes and warm vanilla. On the palate it is elegant, perfectly balanced and easy to drink. The rich and complex layers of butterscotch, toffee and vanilla are a further endorsement of their rigorous cask policy!
