Many of the recipes for gabriel boudier liqueurs have remained unchanged since the company was founded in dijon in 1874. there is an absolute passion for authentic real quality shunning the use of short cuts such as essence or flavours, but making liqueurs as each successive generation has done with natural fruit and ingredients and infused slowly and lovingly with good alcohol, resulting in a range of liqueurs rich in colour, strong in natural aromas, and packed full of clean real flavour. before launching the range we took it to six of london's leading bartenders for comparative tastings with the market and the results were " everyone said was they wanted the bottle to fit their speedrails! thus, with the same time honoured recipes but with speedrail friendly glass, a presentation which features the natural ingredient of each liqueur and the artisan heritage of gabriel boudier, the "bartender range" was born.
