This wine produces such a lovely pale yellow colour and shine for a white. On the nose it reveals its intensity. Yellow fleshed fruit all around accompany the notes of coconut on a bed of caramel. The palate is just as appetizing as the notes on the nose, candied fruit and roasted summer evening air.
This wine can be enjoyed with grilled white meats, cheese platters or with dessert.
It comes from a selection of only the best parcels of the Domaine. In 2017, the wine is produced from old Chardonnay vines, grown on terroir of limestone and clay, and some young Pepit Manseng, fermented combine brilliantly to produce an extremely well balanced wine with great aromatic richness.
