Two Paddocks Estate Pinot Noir is typically grown on Sam Neill's four small vineyard blocks in Central Otago. Soils and vines are nurtured using natural farming practices. In the winery, empathetic and experienced wine making techniques ensure the grapes are crafted into an expression of their Central Otago origins. Vineyard composition in 2016 is 68% The Fusilier, 13% The Last Chance, 13% The Red Bank and 6% The First Paddock.
