This limited-edition gin is the inaugural release from the Salcombe Gin Voyager Series, a collection of limited-edition gins, each developed in collaboration with a world renowned chef or iconic winemaker, to reflect their individual personality and style.
Named ‘Arabella’ after one of the famous Salcombe Fruit Schooners, this limited-edition gin has been developed in collaboration with Michael Caines MBE, one of Britain’s most celebrated and accomplished chefs.
Limited to 1,200 bottles, ‘Arabella’ is presented in a stunning white ceramic bottle featuring an embossed outline of the iconic gin pennant and a bespoke debossed copper stopper commissioned for the series. Its presentation box has beautiful copper detailing and contains a recipe card for the ‘Appabella’ cocktail created by Michael and his team at Lympstone Manor.
‘Arabella’ is a beautifully complex yet delicate gin with a strong backbone of traditional juniper and earthy warmth of Angelica, combined with bright citrus aromas from sweet orange peel, lemon and English coriander seed. On the palate it is rich yet balanced with a floral edge from hibiscus and a savoury note from bitter almonds. Further freshness is added from lemon thyme and verbena with a lingering dry finish from a touch of green cardamom.

A good measure over ice with a premium tonic water and garnished with a sprig of lemon thyme and a slice of green apple.
