Part of the Distiller Labels collection by Gordon and MacPhail. This bottle was distilled in 2004 at the Glentauchers Distillery and bottled in 2018 by Gordon and MacPhail after maturing in refill American hogshead casks. This range is a testimony to the ongoing and unique relationships built over the generations.
Aromas of fresh and fruity notes of dry meadow grasses mixed with beeswax, evolves over time into white chocolate and vanilla pods amongst fresh pear and green apple. On the palate you get a tropical fruit sensation, melon, kiwi, ripe nectarine and grapefruit flavours each take turn in the limelight. Warming pepper develops as time goes by in the mouth and finishes as a medium toasted oak note.
