Made from a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, this is a delightful sherried whisky. This has benefited from the long fermentation and slow, gentle distillation. At the end of the maturation process the casks are bought together to create an exceptionally smooth and perfectly balanced dram.

On the nose you get notes of the sherry sweetness, fresh cut green grass with autumnal fruits with a hint of coffee. To taste on the palate floral tones are at the front and then spice with vanilla. Fruity sweetness coats the palate, with fruit and nut flavours following and leading to the soft warm finish.
