Produced using only the finest grapes from the Finca Valinas vineyard and is destined to be come one of the greatest Spanish white wines. An elegant and sophisticated Spanish white wine, aged on its own lees and 6 months in new French oak barrels.
Colour is bright and yellow, this wine is very elegant within its aromas with notes of white fruits like plum and pear. Perfectly balanced with slight dark sweet balsamic notes. On the palate the elegance continues and you get spicy tones and smoky notes with passion fruit and the classic touch of characteristics from Mar de Frades.

Good pairing suggestions are white meats, fish or even Asian food like sushi and sashami. Should be served between 10-12 degrees, the label incorporates a heat sensitive logo where when the wine is the right temperature for serving a small boat appears, if the boat is not present the wine is not ready for drinking.
