On the nose you get warm aromas of hay and brioche mingle with those of bergamot orange and stone fruit. The overall effect exudes smoky grey accesnts.
On the palate you get this vibrant lively note which is only the start of the complexity that is more tactile and builds. The notes of sap and liquorice and toasted malt are present.
To really showcase the bottling, pair with food containing strong beef stock or ravioli of whelks in parsley. A great pairing with meals containing, fried artichokes, sea bass, peach salad and kombu, grilled potato, milk foam and caviar. A night of extravagance and flavour is bound with this bottle.
