Kilchoman is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland, yet produce some fantastic drams. This highly limited offering of just 600 bottles is the first expression of five in the Pol Roger Portfolio collection. This whisky is selected by Kathy Willis, the wife of the distilleries founder Anthony. Each of the following four whiskies will be selected by a different family member.

The whisky is all taken from a single sherry cask and has rich fruits, sweet peat and spicy dark chocolate on the palate.
