De Wetshof Estate are pioneers of the noble white varieties at the Cape, produces site-specific wines of the finest quality under the vigilant supervision of the third generation De Wet family. The sites of this producer are on broken mountain rock soils that are rich in limestone and located perfectly to be cooled by southerly maritime breezes in summer.

After fermentation this wine is matured on the fine lees for 6 months producing a wine that is accessible in youth but as to be expected will gain complexity over the 3-8year period.
