A marriage of whiskies matured in two distinct cask types creates a symphony of flavours. First-fill ex-bourbon barrels impart the classic vanilla, honey, and caramel notes associated with American oak. These notes are then complemented by maturation in STR (Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred) ex-red wine barriques.
